Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the OfflineMedia platform, including our website, advertiser dashboard, and driver app. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

For drivers

• You must hold a valid BC driver's licence, a clean driving record, and disclose to your insurer or ICBC that your vehicle carries a paid commercial wrap before an install is scheduled.
• Vehicle wraps are installed and removed only by certified, insured wrap shops arranged by OfflineMedia, at no cost to you.
• Your monthly stipend is based on the wrap type and typical mileage agreed at approval, and is paid according to the schedule shown in your driver earnings history.
• You may end your participation at any time; we'll schedule wrap removal and there is no penalty for stopping.
• You're responsible for driving safely and legally at all times — participation in this program does not change your obligations as a driver.

For advertisers

• Campaign packages, pricing, and terms are as agreed at signup and shown in your advertiser dashboard.
• Wrap production and design work is billed as a one-time charge on install; monthly campaign fees cover the driver stipend and OfflineMedia's coordination of the campaign.
• OfflineMedia does not disclose driver identity or home address to advertisers; campaign reporting is provided at the zone/coverage level.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, provides false information, or engages in unsafe or fraudulent conduct. You may delete your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

Limitation of liability

OfflineMedia provides this platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under BC or Canadian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
